Meeting? Networking event? Family parties? We have an awesome private room available for you and your friends, which can have up to 60 people.
Private dinner? This is also possible, up to 25 people. We offer set menus for larger groups, scroll down a bit for more info concerning this.
We don’t ask for any room-hiring fees, just a turnover guarantee. During the day we require a turnover guarantee of €300,-
In the evenings we require a turnover guarantee of €750,-

We have three options for the bar; a “Dutch” bar will allow your guests to have standard pilsner, house wine and soft drinks. Booooooring!! You can add all our special beers into the mis with our Dutch Bar Plus. Or choose an Open Bar – guests can choose from our full range of drinks, including spirits and cocktails. Oh yeah!
I would like to make a reservation, what now?
For a reservation up to 9 people you can make a reservation on our website. For groups of 10-60 people, please send an email to info@cafekiebert.nl, and we will get back to you within 48 hours with more information and our availability for our chosen date. For larger groups you have a choice between the bar or our room, and we ask for a deposit. You can find more information in our brochure and terms & conditions.
I would like to celebrate a private party at Kieb, is that possible?
We have a lovely private room just for you and your friends. We don’t charge any hire costs for the use of the hall, just a turnover guarantee.
Daytime use we ask for a turnover guarantee of €300,-
For evening use we ask for a turnover guarantee of €750,-
Can I hang up decorations?
Absolutely! We just ask you kindly to take them with you after the party. Confetti is not permitted.
Can I play my own music?
Yes, that’s possible, but only in the private area. You can plug in your own music via an Aux cable.
I am coming for drinks with a large group, what are the options?
You can reserve a spot at the bar, for which we ask no turnover guarantee. Or you can use our private room ← Follow the link. Please send us an email to make a group reservations.
Ordering snacks?
That’s possible too! Snacks can be ordered a la carte on the evening itself.

I am coming to have lunch with a big group, what are the options?
Amazing! For groups larger than 10 people we offer a lunch-menu. This consists out of a selection of our sandwiches, and a side salad. You can find the menu here.
I am coming to dine with a big group, what are the options?
Great to hear! For groups larger than 10 people we offer the choice of 2 set menus, either a 2- or 3- course menu. The dinner follows a shared dining concept. So you’ll get a mix of our starters, then a mix of 3 of our delicious main courses and (if decided to go for the 3-course menu) some of our great desserts.
The 2-course menu costs €38,- p.p.
The 3-course menu costs €44,90,- p.p.
Please let us know if there are any dietary wishes or allergies. Preferably a week before the event, the latest.
What payment options are there?
You can pay by debit- or creditcard (VISA, Mastercard). We don’t accept cash. We can also make up an invoice. This option is only available by prior arrangement. We have a payment-term of 14 days.

Are dogs welcome?
Well behaved dogs are welcome, as long they are always on a lead. There are drinking bowls available on the terrace.
