I would like to make a reservation, what now?

For a reservation up to 9 people you can make a reservation on our website. For groups of 10-60 people, please send an email to info@cafekiebert.nl, and we will get back to you within 48 hours with more information and our availability for our chosen date. For larger groups you have a choice between the bar or our room, and we ask for a deposit. You can find all the details in our brochure and conditions.

I would like to celebrate a private party at Kieb, is that possible?

We have a lovely private room just for you and your friends. We don’t charge any hire costs for the use of the hall, just a turnover guarantee.
Daytime use we ask for a turnover guarantee of €300,-
For evening use we ask for a turnover guarantee of €750,-

Can I hang up decorations?

Absolutely! We just ask you kindly to take them away with you after the party. Confetti is not permitted. 

Can I play my own music?

Yes, that’s possible! In the hall you can (using an aux cable) plug in your own music.

I am coming for drinks with a large group, what are the options?

You can reserve a spot at the bar, for which we ask no turnover guarantee. Or you can use our separate hall – see point “I would like to celebrate a private party at Kieb, is that possible?” Please send us an email to make a group reservayion.
We ask you to make a choice between an “Dutch Bar”, “Dutch Bar Plus” or “Open Bar”.

Ordering snacks?

That’s possible too! Snacks can be ordered a la carte on the evening itself. We also have a choice of snacks arrangements available for groups, that must be ordered in advance.

I am coming to dine with a big group, what are the options?

How nice that you want to come and have dinner at our place! For groups of more than 10 people we serve a choice of 2 set menus; would you like 2 courses or 3?
2 courses for €26,50 p.p.:
Starters: A selection of our “to share” dishes to share with everyone.
Mains: You can choose between our two burgers.
Desserts can be ordered separately on the day itself.

3 courses for €45 p.p.:
Starters: A selection of our “to share” dishes to share with everyone.
Mains: A selection from our main courses, including meat, fish and vegetarian options, to be ordered in advance please.
Desserts: A selection from our desserts menu, which can be selected on the day itself.

With both menus our fries, green salad, and green beans are available to order separately as side dishes.

For us it is great to know if there are vegetarians or vegans in your group, or anyone with allergies or special dietary wishes. Then we can make sure our kitchen knows and keep it in mind for you.

What payment options are there?

You can pay by debit- or creditcard (VISA, Mastercard). We don’t accept cash. We can also make up an invoice. This option is only available by prior arrangement. We have a payment-term of 14 days.

It can of course be that you still have special wishes; this we can best discuss via email – get in touch at info@cafekiebert.nl

Are dogs welcome?

Well behaved dogs are welcome, so long as they are always on a lead. There are drink bowls available on the terras.
